Zack has no time for the toddler playscape these days. This morning, he took on the big kid slide! This is, of course, after he spent forever sitting on the ground covering himself in pebbles and dirt. He played all morning like the energizer bunny. Currently, he's bathed, has a full belly and is sleeping like the sweet baby he is.

I'm reading this one as part of a Mocha Moms book club. Amy Chua was the keynote speaker at our National Conference in Las Vegas last year. She made a great impression on me. Cannot wait to read her book and discuss with other moms. I'll also review it here on Homegirl.Tad Hills: How Rocket Learned to Read
My son loves this book! He's learning to read now, so he relates to Rocket. At night, he says he wants to wake up with a waggy tail, ready for class. :-)Clark Aldrich: Unschooling Rules: 55 Ways to Unlearn What We Know About Schools and Rediscover Education
Recommended reading by the elementary school I'm considering for my son.
